Common Questions

Do I need to have a team already?

No. Some of our clients already have employees, some are getting ready to hire, and some are still doing most of the work themselves. The goal isn't to have the perfect team in place before we start. The goal is to create the structure your business needs for the stage you're in now and the stage you're growing into next.

What happens after the audit?

That depends on what we find. Some owners take the report and implement the recommendations themselves. Others decide they want help building the structure. Either way is fine. The audit is designed to give you clarity, a plan, and a clear understanding of what needs to happen next. What you do with that information is entirely up to you.

Everything is a mess right now. I wouldn’t even know where to start.

That's actually one of the most common reasons people reach out. You don't need to have everything organized before the audit.
